  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The item must be purchased directly from SharpCite (items purchased from third-party retailers are not eligible for return).
  • Sale and discounted items are non-refundable unless otherwise stated during promotions.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Once we approve your return, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  4. Please package the item securely and include all original packaging to ensure it arrives in resalable condition.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.


4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process and ship the new item to you once the returned item is received. Please note that the exchanged item must be in its original condition, as outlined in our return eligibility.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If your return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees, at no additional cost to you.
